Our sightseeing trains adopt strict high-standard manufacturing technology to ensure outstanding safety, durability, riding comfort and appearance quality.

Every train frame is produced with precision CNC cutting and integral steel structure welding. All key structural parts undergo finite element stress analysis and non-destructive testing, ensuring stable performance and long service life under long-term and complex road conditions.

The whole vehicle goes through professional sand blasting and anti-corrosion treatment to completely remove rust and impurities. We adopt automotive-grade multi-layer baking paint technology, which realizes excellent gloss, uniform color, scratch resistance and weather resistance, effectively preventing fading and aging under outdoor sunshine and rain.

The train body is made of high-quality FRP and thickened steel materials, featuring solid structure, environmental protection, wear resistance and easy cleaning. The interior decoration adopts fine craftsmanship and comfortable materials to create a safe, quiet and elegant riding environment.

In terms of safety configuration, we apply dual braking system, stable suspension structure and intelligent monitoring devices. Every finished train passes strict factory inspection, including road test, load test, stability test and electrical system detection, to guarantee reliable and smooth operation for scenic spots, parks and tourist resorts.
